This is first time i've rooted for Microsoft :-) If Eolas win this case, and IE has to be changed - in particular with regards to the way it launches / deals with Flash - it's going to be a major pain in the ass for me. And the web world! This has to be a flaw in the patent system - I mean if one company can try, after all this time and effort, to undo everyone's efforts to make a "patent free world wide web", then something has to be wrong here.
