i'm at work, and i'm bored

bored at work - this hasn't happened in ages. It's mainly due to my total inability to concentrate on anything for more than 15 minutes... i should be on leave. Almost everyone else is. At least i have more bandwidth time to fill in timesheets than usual :-) Almost all my Christmas shopping is done (woo hoo, and with one day to spare! A new record!). Tonight we hit the Pav for the last few things (something i'm not looking forward to. I think i'll wrap myself in razor wire), tomorrow is a 1/2 day, and then beautiful leave, holiday, rest and relaxing - and a million things i want to do, one of which is take the dogs for their first beach experience :-)

It's a beautiful day outside - if i had a digital camera, i'd post a photo. Summer on the East coast - hot and very clear, blue skies with a few puffy clouds, and the ocean looks like an endless piece of glass stretched from shore to horison - complete with embedded model ships. *sigh*

If it wasn't for the no-sex aspect (oh, and a missing few million dollars), i would have suggested this as a honeymoon option. Don't think Clair would have gone for it though somehow.

Check out http://www.intentionallies.co.jp/ for one of the coolest Flash interfaces I have ever seen (thanks to moockblog for the link). Tossing cards around is fun, and somehow it never feels cluttered.
